When The IAA was initially launched it was safe to say no one knew the full extent and impact COVID-19 would have on business. However, against the trend it is great to report that since launch we have on-boarded a number of System Designers, Installers and System Suppliers.

During the COVID – 19 pandemic the health and well-being of our workforce and homeowners is and will continue to be our number one priority. Following the Governments advice and response on social distancing the decision was taken to suspend any inspection or surveillance visits which were scheduled to be carried out on customer properties.
With the recent government announcement and rules relating to returning to work. The IAA and CIGA have taken the view that we can now reengage and schedule property inspections in circumstances where we can guarantee safe methods of carrying these inspections out.
